With the goal of moving away from a manual system of checks and balances within papers and binders, Schedule-IT was designed to break users away from the spreadsheets and unlock a world of scheduling joy through a digital experience that was fun and easy to use.
Imagine having your first discovery meeting in a college classroom, you break out the sticky notes and professors are giving you puzzling looks. They start to explain their very manual curriculum planning process and it's your turn to look at them with equal confusion. Academia meets technology in a fast-paced and intense custom product design.
Our team had a few discovery weeks to uncover process flows and translate ingrained spreadsheet knowledge to intuitive and easy to use interfaces. Beyond that, we collaborated using agile meeting structures to a team who had never even heard of a design review. A complex process of curriculum planning that existed in brains and binders, now had a fresh new home at the click of a mouse.
